Group Workouts
Swimming:
Many in the club are getting together for open water swims on Saturday or Sunday mornings at Lake Desolation. If you'd like to join us, shoot us an email at info@saratogatriclub.com and we'll let you know the schedule for the coming weekend.
Cycling/Running Brick:
Join us for our weekly bricks at the Saratoga Battlefield! These workouts take place every Tuesday evening at 6pm sharp (except on meeting days, the second Tuesday of the month, where we meet at the Saratoga Spa State Park Little Theatre parking lot). The Battlefield is a 10+ mile loop and most will do a loop or two before getting in a run. Come join us for a bike ride, a run or both!
Running:
Currently we are running with the Saratoga Stryders at the state park. Runs generally leave from the warming hut on Saturday mornings starting at 8am. They also do speed workouts on Wednesday nights at 6pm which leave from the Little Theater parking lot.
